I’m looking for an honest and realistic pricing evaluation from experienced developers.

I’ve been building a custom property/building management web application (multi-role system) and I’d like feedback on what the frontend alone would realistically cost — and later, what the fully completed product (with backend + production hardening) could be worth.

What the App Does

It’s a web app for residential building management, with three roles:

• Admin
• Building Manager
• Tenant

Main features include:

• Multi-building support
• Unit management
• Tenant management
• Payment tracking system
• Tenant finance cards (detailed transaction history)
• CSV export
• Print / PDF reports
• Role-based access control (frontend enforced, backend migration in progress)
• Finance integrity guards
• Pending write queue (for offline/API failover safety)
• Smoke test automation
• Data service abstraction layer (prepared for backend switch)

Technical Details

Frontend stack:

• Vanilla JavaScript (modular architecture)
• Custom Data Service layer (DS abstraction)
• LocalStorage persistence (temporary – backend migration planned)
• Event-driven updates
• Manual state management (no React/Vue)
• Structured separation: storage utils, data service, render utils, diagnostics, etc.

Architecture decisions:

• Replace-semantic write model
• Idempotent-style structure preparation
• Backend-ready abstraction (planned migration to Supabase)
• Defensive coding patterns
• Enterprise-style UI polish
• Automated smoke testing

Currently:

• Frontend is fully functional
• Backend is not yet connected (migration groundwork completed)
• Designed to scale into a production SaaS

My Question

What would you realistically charge for:

1. 💻 Frontend only (as-is, production-ready UI but no backend)
2. 🌐 Full product with backend (auth, database, API, deployment, security hardening)
