That handshake error must be ssl cert issue because of isp block. Its only happening for users using default dns servers.

supabase team has mentioned they're hopeful this will be resolved in a day or two.

They have deleted it now, not sure why
They posted a screenshot of their DNS resolvers server ips and those were jio.
I'll contact the team again day after tomorrow if it isn't resolved. Although the other chat I linked, user mentioned that domain is unblocked now so hopefully it gets resolved.

If you're going to use it, please self-host it. I wouldn't use it as a managed service. Or you can also take a look at https://github.com/singh-inder/proxy-to-supabase-cloud
You can also use cloudflare workers if you like.
