fwiw I ended up finding this medium page that did work, although when I ran it it mentioned a ton of permission issues but didnt completely error out: https://waxlyrical.medium.com/backup-your-supabase-db-with-pg-dump-14f08c40e456 Idk if its the best solution to be honest im scared I may be missing some important settings due to the permission issues
