Did you sign up with GitHub?
Same advice. If those don't work contact support@supabase.com
You marked this solved and are not posting in English per the rules of the site. No idea if you are asking something or saying you solved something.
Actually those are newer logs and I don't use direct SQL in a Supabase app so not sure what will show. Was just looking thru and saw that as Postgres log usually only covers errors. Long running queries will be in the database query report.
Try a different browser/device/vpn and see if it that helps. No other reports.
I have no idea based on that info and the stuff I've done is not DB stressful. Not sure anyone could tell you as it is so dependent on load and locks on tables depending on what kinds of writes are going on. But no one will look in this topic so you should start a new one on that.
You might put in a support request and see if they see something while you search.
That for sure is the case and is mentioned somewhere in the docs.
That is true for main instance. There is some downtime at both ends. I assume that is true for read replicas but not something I've ever looked into.
You might see if there are some long running queries occurring. Check database performance in particular Disk I/O report in Observability.
Can you tell what they are doing from the postgres log (probably not)? How about the dedicated pooler log?
Do you have some task that runs every 1/2 hour? External tool or cron kicking off something?
Or at least that I know of. But it could be if you start with github you can't add email.
You can't.
You can't use email if you signed up with github.
As I said your computer may be in the state issue condition. There is no fix for that but waiting or using a different browser/vpn/device depending on what configuration is stuck. Did you signup with Github or email?
Maybe here?
I've not used Supabase 2fa, I assume there is a setting you used to set it.
From your phone can you turn off 2fa?
Support is the only one that can help you. This is a user helping user forum mainly. Did it still submit the ticket and give you a number? Did you say in your report it works from another device?
But in the end you can file a support request, other wise wait and see if it clears in a day or so.
Noon is meaningless. 1 hour ago, 10?
Could be the state issue. How long has it not been working?
Could be a known state issue bug and will start working again in a day or so on that device. Try a different browser or VPN.
I added it to the queue.
Register a backup 2fa.
Drop you ticket # here if you run out of options. We have an informal way to get it out of the mass requests to the free queue.
Yeah, sounds like the Google part was associated with github. Hopefully messing with the main email resolves. Otherwise support is probably it.
Try a different browser/device? I'd have a support request in. Saw a similar post earlier, but not likely something a user here can help with.
I wonder if the Google message was from Github login itself needing to that? Never heard of Supabase using github at all. About all I can think of is very the primary github email is the one you used to use (if different than now) and verify it in Github. I've seen the verification matter before. Otherwise support is still the likely only way.
If you don't see anything useful try a restart from general settings is the usual next step. Then contact support.
If you don't hear back in 12 hours or so drop your ticket # here. Also make sure to title project stuck restarting.
Eventually.
Supabase does not have Google Oauth. Do you have more than one Github account? Is this a supabase.com dashboard? `support@supabase.com` is their contact.
Nothing you can do if stuck in restart but contact support.
Email/password won't work if you signed up with Github. Try another browser/device/vpn just to rule out a state issue. Then contact support@supabase.com if those don't help.
Sorry infra gets to it as fast as they can in the order they get them. Everyone in infra is a critical matter with project down. You were just Free hours ago which is a dangerous way to run a production app. You already bypassed hours of waiting because I bumped before I'm supposed to.
Try a different browser. Contact support.
The employee says he has moved your project to the infra team out of the general queue. Typically they send an email confirming that, but not sure with this informal process.
What region was this in and do you know what auth errors you were getting from supabase itself?
I understand. I have no way to escalate more than I just did and pause is considered very low priority as it usually means you are done using your instance. Pro plans are not allowed to pause. But you should now be ahead of free plans in the queue. The next message will be from support fixing it OR telling you it is moved to the infra team.
I added it to the informal queue then based on that. Pro support should find it though before the informal method.
Did you also post on github discussions? If so that is not monitored by staff for issues like this either. Support is the only way.
Did you check to see if general setting still has option to restart available (not likely but there have been a few cases where the failure is before everything in the instance is shutdown).
And it is not a bug with the pause button, but something wrong with your actual instance that caused the process to fail. Likely because you paused an instance that already had some issue.
Did you submit your support ticket and get a ticket # ? We have no ability to move you up in the queue and only ability to informally have 1 employee find "lost" tickets. You could go Pro for higher priority. This is a user helping user forum mainly. Also every here with a project down has a similar need and I'm sure the same in the support queue. This has to go to the infra team after general support and Free will be behind all Pro which will be in time order.
I don't think anyone here is going to be able to help. There have never been any partman discussions here that I can find. Here is claude's view of what has to be done: https://claude.ai/share/80a91f9f-a30b-4de0-b461-3f2d312feab4 There is this link on native partitions (but that won't help with partman). https://discord.com/channels/839993398554656828/1006358244786196510
Top right of dashboard under feedback. Never pause unless done with your project, but use Restart from general settings instead.
If another browser also shows same thing then you need to contact support. Why did you pause your project?
If a hard refresh or another browser/device does not work then contact support. Also try resetting the password again.
