I need some help restoring a project that was paused for more than 90 days, and I have a few questions:
If I upgrade my subscription from Free to Pro, will I be able to reactivate the same paused project?
Is there a clearer step-by-step guide available? The one shown in the portal is not very clear to me.
I downloaded the backup to my local machine, but I鈥檓 not sure how to upload and restore it into a new project. What is the correct way to do this?

Angel Ruiz seeks help with restoring a paused project after more than 90 days. They ask if upgrading from Free to Pro will allow reactivation and request a clearer guide for uploading and restoring a backup. Gary Austin responds that upgrading won't help and advises following the existing guide.
The guide is it from Supabase. I've not looked online. Going to Pro will not bring it back. Best thing to do is try the guide and ask here for specific things as you hit them. I've not done it recently so probably won't be the one offering help.
